This Shaker style bench has been meticulously handcrafted using locally sourced hardwoods found native in Appalachia. The base is solid red oak, while the top is quarter-sawn white oak. Traditional through mortise and tenon joinery were used ensuring this heirloom piece will last for generations.
Even though this piece is newly constructed, it has been hand-distressed and constructed using traditional tools for a beautiful rustic finish. Extremely high-quality finishes were used allowing for a piece that is as durable as it is beautiful.
