Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow appropriate time to process your order. We take great care in making your custom order. You will notice that just about every product has an expected production time associated with it in the product description. Most times, products easily ship out sooner than the estimated time given. Occasionally, especially during the peak holiday season, we may run into delays. If anything is delayed significantly in your order we will email you as soon as possible. For most orders, you can expect an email within 2-10 days to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 6 miles of our shop. For locations that are slightly further (up to 12 miles) we offer hand delivery by courier for minimum orders of at least $50.00, and a small delivery charge.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Domestic shipping is handled by UPS & USPS and charges are based on the size, weight, speed of delivery and your location. We make every effort to package appropriately so you are not overcharged. During checkout you will be provided a list of options withs costs to select from. Some larger items are only available to ship via UPS due to size or weight. Other, very large items may not have any shipping option available, aside from local delivery). If you encounter this you must call us at 1-740-312-1750 to discuss freight shipping options.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Not available. We currently do not offer international shipping.
