Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our business, returns/exchages are handled on a case-by-case basis. In general, we do not accept any returns on custom made and/or personalized items. For items that are not custom made, or personalized, we happily accept returns requested within 30 days from the delivery date. Credit refunds may be issued by original payment method, or by check (within 14 days), at our discretion.
